Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility: The Ahlan Dubai/Ahlan Qatar campaign ("Campaign") is available to travellers who are 18 years or older and are arriving in Dubai and Qatar.
• Campaign Duration: The Campaign will be ongoing till the 31st of August, 2023.
• Participation Procedure: Participants can enter the Campaign by completing the online application provided by Indian Coffee House, which includes details such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email, and PNR. Indian Coffee House holds the right to validate the provided information.
• Voucher Issuance: On successful verification of the provided details, participants will be granted a Free Food Voucher worth AED/QAR 25, which can be used at Indian Coffee House within 10 days from their arrival date in Dubai or Qatar.
• Voucher Utilization: The Free Food Voucher can be used to dine in from Sunday to Wednesday, covering any meal or food item available at the Indian Coffee House, subject to availability and at the discretion of the Indian Coffee House management. Additional charges, if incurred for the items ordered, must be paid by the participant. The voucher should be fully redeemed at one time and cannot be partially utilized. The voucher is not applicable for home deliveries and takeaways.
• Non-transferable: The Free Food Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is strictly for the use of the entrant to whom it was issued and cannot be resold or transferred.
• Restrictions: Only a single Free Food Voucher will be issued per traveller per visit.
• Rights Reservation: Indian Coffee House reserves all rights to alter, pause, stop, or extend the Campaign along with these terms and conditions at any given time, without any prior notice and without being liable to any participant for doing so.
• Indemnification: The participant agrees to indemnify and hold Indian Coffee House, including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, harmless against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and/or costs arising from the participant's involvement in this Campaign or violation of these terms and conditions.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are regulated by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and Qatar respectively.
